Product Characteristics
Covers installed on the underside of vehicle bodies for the purpose of “reducing air resistance” and “eliminating noise such as abnormal noise” contribute significantly to the driving performance and ride comfort of the vehicle. Undercover contributes to aerodynamic performance by regulating airflow on the underside of the vehicle body. Fender liners prevent noises caused by splashing of stones and water from tires. All of these components are installed under the vehicle body and are important parts that support the driving performance of the vehicle behind the scenes. In recent years, customers have been placing greater emphasis on reducing noise from the exterior of the vehicle and from tires, and there is a growing need for products with soundabsorbing properties.
Our Strengths
We are expanding our offerings of fiber molded fender liners that add sound absorption properties to conventionally used resin-injected products and also contribute to weight reduction. The sound absorption characteristics can be adjusted to meet the customer’s requirements by utilizing our unique acoustic evaluation and analysis technology. We are also working to provide new added value by developing undercover products that have an antistatic function on the surface to suppress airflow turbulence caused by static electricity and improve driving stability.
