HAYATELE NEWS was launched in 1962 as a tool to spread company policy and activate internal communication, and will celebrate its 60th anniversary in August 2022. Based on the concept of “in-house newsletter where employees play the leading role”, it introduces not only the movements and businesses of the company, but also the thoughts and stories of the “people” involved in it. Most of the processes, such as planning, interviewing, and editing, are done in-house with the cooperation of editorial committee members recruited from the Design Department, each department, and overseas bases, with a focus on public relations. Going forward, we will continue striving to revitalize internal communication and improve engagement through our internal newsletter.
