Certification as “2022 Health and Productivity Management Excellent Company (Large Enterprise Category)” March 30,2022

As in the previous year, our company been certified as “2022 Excellent Health and Productivity Management Organization (Large Enterprise Category),” selected jointly by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Nippon Kenko Kaigi.

The “Health and Productivity Management Excellent Corporation System” is meant to bring into public view large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises that are practicing particularly excellent health and productivity management. This system was established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in fiscal year 2016 with the aim of creating an environment enabling companies to undergo evaluations by employees, job seekers, affiliated companies, and financial institutions, etc.

Effective from January 2022, as part of our activities to prevent passive smoking, we have made our entire business premises no-smoking zones and have further strengthened our efforts to maintain and improve the health of our employees.

We will continue to promote mental and physical health maintenance in a three-fold manner, namely, by encouraging a health-conscious workplace climate, by improving the health level of each employee, and by creating a comfortable working environment, in this way supporting the creation of a workplace conducive to employee health and well-being.
