Product Characteristics
Noise emitted from the engine is absorbed near the
source of noise to reduce noise entering the cabin.
Depending on the installation location, the product
must also be durable enough to function in harsh
environments outside the vehicle where temperature and
humidity change drastically.
With the shift to EVs, the sound source has been
replaced by the motor instead of the engine, and the
required sound insulation characteristics have
changed.
Our Strengths
We mainly provide parts made of lightweight and
durable soundabsorbing materials sandwiched between
special nonwoven fabric layers. The non-woven fabric
layer has been developed with sound absorption
properties and “fire and heat resistant” functions to
meet customers’ requirements, while also taking into
consideration the appearance of the engine
compartment.
We are also working to develop new applications for
future EVs, such as soundproof covers for motor
covers, air conditioners, and power supplyrelated
parts.
We provide optimal products globally in accordance
with customer requirements and production sites.
